Description
The Manufacturing Operations Manager leads safe, efficient, and cost-effective machining production, supports operational planning and production meetings, coaches and develops production teams, and leads approximately 10 to 30 employees. The role partners with maintenance, manufacturing engineering, quality, warehouse, and other teams; analyzes production performance; drives Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, OEE, and other continuous-improvement initiatives; and may serve as a shift leader. Required qualifications include CNC machining and programming experience, team leadership, root-cause analysis, manufacturing systems knowledge, and flexibility for shift-based work.
