RTCA is hiring a full-time CNC Supervisor to manage production teams and daily shop operations for an assigned area at its Chatsworth, California location. The role oversees staffing, scheduling, employee performance, safety, quality, hiring, training, production issues, and operational improvements while coordinating with Quality, Engineering, Planning, and Manufacturing teams. Candidates need several years of CNC machining or aerospace manufacturing experience, including team leadership, along with strong scheduling, communication, problem-solving, and compliance skills. The position offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement benefits, paid time off, shift differentials, and a compensation range of $75,000 to $80,000 annually for onsite California applicants.
