CACI is hiring a full-time CNC Team Lead for its Optical Manufacturing team. The role coordinates CNC personnel, manufactures high-precision optics, develops and coaches employees, prioritizes production schedules, verifies work, interprets technical drawings, and troubleshoots machine anomalies. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of relevant manufacturing experience, leadership and training experience, strong math aptitude, familiarity with specified office and measurement tools, and the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI U.S. Government Security Clearance. Knowledge of CNC control systems and Mastercam or Vericut is desired. The proposed salary range is $70,800 to $148,600.
