Description
AFL is hiring a CNC Mill Operator to produce machined parts by operating computer numerical control equipment. The role includes monitoring production, conducting machine changeovers, maintaining quality and production goals, entering production data, completing certifications and preventative maintenance, and assisting with machine setup. The position works a weekend day shift from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. and requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of manufacturing experience, the ability to lift 15–40 pounds repeatedly, and familiarity with manufacturing operations; Microsoft Office and Oracle experience are a plus.
