The CNC milling machine operator programs, sets up, and operates large and small CNC milling machines to produce high-quality custom work. The role involves reading and interpreting technical drawings, following quality standards, solving problems, contributing to production improvements, and working independently or as part of a team. Candidates should have training in mechanical design techniques, machine tools, or equivalent experience, knowledge of materials and machining techniques, mechanical aptitude, accuracy, flexibility, and availability for overtime.
