Konvert is hiring a CNC turner for a client in Waregem to manufacture one-off pieces, primarily gears. The role involves reading production plans, selecting materials, setting up machines, and occasionally programming CNC-controlled machines for small batches. Candidates need knowledge or experience in CNC turning, a technical background, flexibility, independent work ability, and fluency in Dutch, French, or English. The schedule is Monday 7:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m.–4:30 p.m., with Tuesday through Friday starting at 7:45 a.m., and compensation is negotiable based on experience plus €5 meal vouchers per day worked.
