Description
Electro-Methods is hiring a CNC Turning Operator for first- and second-shift work at its South Windsor, Connecticut manufacturing facility. The role involves setting up and operating CNC lathes and VTLs, reading blueprints and GD&T requirements, inspecting parts with precision measuring tools, monitoring and adjusting machine performance, performing basic maintenance, maintaining AS9100 production records, and collaborating with engineering and quality teams. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of CNC lathe or CNC turning experience; aerospace experience, Fanuc controls, regulated manufacturing standards, and Lean manufacturing knowledge are preferred. The position may require second-shift, overtime, or weekend work.
