Antriebsmechanik Kulling GmbH is hiring immediately for a full-time CNC turning or milling machine operator in Falkenhagen. The role involves setting up, rigging, and operating turning and milling machines; producing individual parts and small-batch or series production from technical drawings; processing production orders; inspecting workpieces; maintaining quality specifications; and servicing machines. Candidates need completed training in a milling or turning machine operation or comparable metal profession, or relevant professional experience, along with technical-drawing reading skills and a quality-conscious, reliable working style. The position offers permanent employment, performance-based compensation, bonuses, company benefits, and regular Monday-to-Friday hours from 07:00 to 16:00.
