Talentus is recruiting a CNC setup technician/programmer for a precision-mechanics workshop in Nivelles. The role involves setting up and fine-tuning CNC turning machines, programming and optimizing machining programs, starting production, monitoring first parts, improving cycle times and cutting conditions, supporting production operators, and performing dimensional inspections. The position is a temporary agency contract with a view to a permanent contract, includes a morning shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and offers an attractive salary plus meal vouchers. Candidates need training in mechanics or machining or equivalent experience, proven CNC lathe setup and programming experience with Mazatroll and Siemens, technical-drawing reading ability, knowledge of cutting tools and machining parameters, and autonomy, thoroughness, and teamwork.
