Description
Avalign is hiring a Turret Punch Press Operator for its Greenwood, Indiana facility on a third-shift schedule. The role operates turret punch presses to punch holes or layout marks in metal and nonmetallic materials, sets up punches and dies, reads blueprints and work instructions, performs quality checks with measuring instruments, maintains production records, and reports equipment issues. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related experience or training, blueprint-reading and mathematical skills, the ability to operate the machine and input data in Traverse Manufacturing System, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
