DEKRA Arbeit GmbH is seeking dedicated CNC workshop programmers for a client in Affalterbach, Baden-Württemberg, Germany, in the automotive and supplier industry. The role involves independently creating CAD/CAM programs in Siemens NX and Siemens SL1, setting up and operating Traub TNA300 and Weiler E40 machines, adapting programs for different production technologies, machining parts in single-piece and small-series production, and maintaining production equipment. Candidates need relevant vocational training and extensive experience programming with Siemens CAD/CAM systems, preferably in turning or milling, along with knowledge of CNC controls and a willingness to work in a multi-shift environment. The position offers an employment contract under the DGB/GVP collective bargaining agreement, above-tariff compensation, vacation and Christmas bonuses, and a team-oriented workplace.
