The General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA), through the Sheikh Zayed Air Navigation Centre, offers a CNS (Communication, Navigation, and Surveillance) Training Program for UAE Nationals as a pathway to a career in aviation engineering. The program provides fully covered theoretical and practical CNS systems training, a monthly allowance, and potential employment after successful completion. Applicants must be UAE Nationals with a relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma, meet national-service requirements where applicable, hold IELTS Level 4, and be able to work under pressure with discipline and commitment.
