Sizzling Platter LLC is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations at its Lakewood, Colorado location. The role leads shifts, coaches crew members, provides guest service, assists with hiring and training, maintains food safety and cleanliness standards, handles opening and closing procedures, monitors inventory, and steps into front-of-house and back-of-house operations as needed. The position is full-time or part-time, non-exempt, and pays $15.16 to $18.16 per hour, with possible medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and professional development benefits.
