Description
The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily Little Caesars restaurant operations, leads shifts, coaches crew members, delivers guest service, assists with hiring and training, and maintains food safety, cleanliness, inventory, and compliance standards. The role is hands-on across front-of-house and back-of-house operations and requires physical work in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen environment. Compensation is $15.16 to $18.16 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and professional development benefits subject to eligibility.
