The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily Little Caesars restaurant operations, leads shifts, coaches crew members, delivers guest service, and helps with hiring, training, food safety, inventory, ordering, and opening and closing procedures. The role is hands-on across front-of-house and back-of-house operations, requires physical work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and offers hourly compensation of $15.16 to $18.16 with potential medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and professional development benefits.
