Sizzling Platter LLC is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations at its Pueblo, Colorado location. The role leads shifts, coaches crew members, delivers guest service, assists with hiring and training, monitors food quality and safety, handles opening and closing procedures, and supports inventory and ordering.
