The Babilou Group is hiring a regular Co-Educator FaBeK for its Cham childcare center, with an 80–100% workload. The role shares responsibility for caring for children from three months until kindergarten entry, planning and supporting daily activities, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and caring for play materials and premises. Applicants need a Federal Certificate of Proficiency as a childcare or education specialist or equivalent training, a caring approach to children, flexibility, reliability, teamwork, and good German skills; English is an advantage.
