Description
The Co-Manager assists the Store Manager in executing store operations, driving profitable sales, coaching associates on La Senza selling behaviors, managing customer and associate relations, supporting recruiting and talent development, overseeing inventory and visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards and compliance. The role requires 1–3 years of retail supervisory or management experience, preferably in clothing, along with strong customer-service, coaching, analytical, scheduling, and organizational skills.
