Description
The Co-Manager assists the Store Manager in executing store operations, driving sales, coaching associates, managing customer and associate relations, supporting recruiting and talent development, maintaining inventory and visual merchandising standards, and ensuring compliance and store safety. The role requires 1–3 years of retail supervisory or management experience, preferably in clothing, along with strong customer-service, coaching, analytical, scheduling, and organizational skills.
