The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in directing store operations, driving sales and sales per hour per associate, and building a high-performance selling culture at La Senza. Responsibilities include assigning sales segments and shifts, training and developing associates, managing customer and associate relations, supporting recruitment and onboarding, overseeing labor budgets and inventory, maintaining visual merchandising and store standards, and ensuring safe and compliant operations. The role requires extensive retail management experience, leadership and analytical skills, strong training and team-development abilities, and a strong sales aptitude.
