Description
The Co-Manager supports the unit manager in operating and maintaining a Wendy's restaurant in Enterprise, Alabama, while hiring, training, and developing the crew. Responsibilities include driving sales and profitability, managing costs and waste, monitoring food quality and service, maintaining cleanliness and equipment, controlling cash and inventory, scheduling crew, managing performance and employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company and health-department procedures. The role requires a college degree or equivalent operations experience, at least one year of restaurant line operations experience, the ability to perform all restaurant positions, a valid driver's license, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
