Description
The Co-Manager assists the Store Manager in leading the operational execution of a La Senza retail store, with a focus on customer experience, sales growth, associate coaching, recruiting and talent management, inventory, visual merchandising, compliance, scheduling, payroll budgeting, and store maintenance. The role requires 1–3 years of retail supervisory or management experience, preferably in clothing, along with strong customer-service, delegation, communication, analytical, and organizational skills, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and non-business hours.
