Description
Maxwell Construction is hiring a full-time Construction Management Co-op or Intern for a major commercial construction project in Muncie, Indiana. The role is field-based and supports the Project Manager and Superintendent with daily operations, subcontractor coordination, documentation, scheduling, submittals, RFIs, site walks, quality and safety support, material logistics, meetings, punch lists, closeout, and general construction tasks. Candidates should be pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field, have strong communication and organizational skills, be comfortable in a fast-paced construction environment, and be proficient with Microsoft Office and Procore.
