Description
ESTAT is seeking a Materials Engineer co-op student to contribute to the development of electroadhesive materials, including dielectric inks, printed-circuitry processes, substrate selection, product design, production-file translation, supplier ordering, and incoming and outgoing quality control. The role develops skills in process simulation, mass and energy balances, design of experiments, material characterization, circuit simulation, MATLAB, Python, statistical process control, CAD, FEA, and robotic testing. ESTAT prefers junior and senior students and encourages two six-month rotations.
