Vancity is hiring a full-time, permanent Co-ops & Local Economies Program Manager to support its Co-ops & Local Economies Strategy at the Vancity head office. The role develops programs, partnerships, frameworks, research, business cases, and communications that strengthen co-operatives, small businesses, local economic ecosystems, community ownership, and economic resilience. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and at least five years of experience in program management, community economic development, social finance, co-operative development, partnership management, or a related field. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with on-site requirements for events and business demands, and a salary of $108,500 to $140,500 per annum.
