May & Olde is hiring a Co-Selling Sales Manager (m/f/d) for its Buxtehude location. The role leads and develops a team of sales consultants, manages KPIs and results for new and used vehicle sales, participates in selling vehicles, manages customer complaints, and plans marketing and sales promotion campaigns. Candidates need commercial or technical training, relevant automotive sales or management certification, comparable consulting, sales, and leadership experience, and strong business, analytical, and conceptual skills.
