The role leads and develops a team of Sales Consultants, sets and manages KPIs for new and used vehicle sales, participates in selling vehicles, manages customer complaints, and plans marketing and sales promotion activities. Candidates need commercial or technical training, relevant automotive sales and leadership experience, and strong business, analytical, and communication skills; BMW/MINI brand knowledge is desirable.
