Description
The Program Supervisor supports residents on their path toward independence and social participation by holding one-on-one conversations, developing and delivering training sessions, organizing information sessions, motivating residents, and encouraging community integration. The role requires an HBO degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a comparable field, at least two years of experience with group training sessions, flexible evening and weekend availability, strong communication and cultural sensitivity, and a car with a valid driver’s license. It is a temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment, offering 32–36 hours per week and a monthly salary of €3,665–€5,082 based on 36 hours.
