Lyra Health is hiring a coach/counsellor/psychologist to serve as the first point of contact for clients. The role involves conducting intake and coaching conversations by phone, online, and face to face, sharing phone duty, managing case management and platform questions, arranging referrals, managing the chatbox, and undertaking ad hoc projects. The position requires a solution-oriented, practical, independent, team-oriented, and flexible approach, with a good sense of humour as a bonus.
