Description
The Coach – Manufacturing manages Team Leaders and Team Members at Wire Chop and AWP locations, overseeing material purchasing, production, inventory, quality control, safety, training, shipping and receiving, and department performance. The role reports to the Site Manager and requires a bachelor’s degree in business management or applicable business experience, 2–5 years of manufacturing or recycling experience, 5+ years of supervisory experience, plastics manufacturing knowledge, OSHA compliance knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office.
