Description
Mento is hiring a Coach Development Manager to lead the selection, training, assessment, feedback, mentor coaching, and ongoing development of its coaching operators. The role will build scalable coach-development systems, codify coaching methodology and quality standards, support ICF accreditation, and shape the coach community. It requires an active ICF ACC credential, 7–10+ years of professional experience including meaningful coaching experience, and experience training, supervising, or mentor coaching other coaches.
