Ritchies is hiring an experienced Coachbuilder for a permanent full-time role on its Westgate crew. The position covers coachbuilding, fabrication, repair, refurbishment, and maintenance of buses and coaches, including fibreglass repairs, interior fit-outs, body modifications, automotive painting, refinishing, surface preparation, colour matching, and paint finishing. Candidates need coachbuilding, panel-beating, or similar trade experience, automotive painting and refinishing experience, practical skills, attention to detail, teamwork, independent work ability, and a commitment to quality and safety; welding and fabrication experience and a relevant trade qualification are preferred. The role offers a competitive hourly rate, training opportunities, and work on a modern fleet, with candidates required to be in New Zealand and have the right to work there.
