Moorpark College is hiring a part-time Assistant Softball Coach for the Spring 2027 semester. The role provides instruction, mentoring, and coaching to student-athletes; assists with recruitment, scheduling, programming, public relations, competition planning, safety, compliance, budgeting, fundraising, and equipment management; and provides direction to others. Applicants must meet the California Community Colleges Board of Governors minimum qualifications, obtain First Aid and CPR certificates within three months, and hold a valid California driver license. Part-time faculty are paid $2,007–$3,108 per semester per 10% load, plus an assistant coach stipend.
