Ridgeline Archaeology and Cultural Heritage Management is hiring a Coastal Permit Holder to manage community-guided cultural heritage projects across British Columbia and Alberta. The role supervises up to 10 archaeologists, manages client portfolios and budgets, ensures regulatory compliance and report quality, coordinates with First Nations and communities, and mentors staff. It is a 50% field, 50% desktop position with remote work options and travel throughout the specified regions. Applicants need a degree in archaeology, anthropology, or a related field, at least three years of supervisory or field-directing experience, Coastal Permit Holder or Field Director status, technical reporting experience, and relevant certifications and licenses.
