IPG is hiring a Coater Operator in Cornwall, Ontario, to operate and maintain coating equipment, prepare and stage materials, set up and change over machines, adjust settings, inspect products, troubleshoot, perform minor repairs, and support production, safety, quality, and waste-reduction goals. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a forklift license or ability to obtain one, strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work rotating shifts in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.
