Pregis is hiring a full-time Coater Operator for a night shift running from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM on a 2-2-3 schedule. The role operates and monitors coating equipment, checks film, adhesive, coating weights, and web conditions, performs changeovers, maintains equipment, and reports defects. The starting wage is $18–$21 per hour, with advancement potential up to $32 per hour. A high school diploma or equivalent in English and Mathematics is required, while manufacturing or quality experience is preferred; physical work includes prolonged standing, lifting 50 pounds, and working in elevated temperatures.
