Description
Pregis is hiring a full-time Coater Operator to work nights from 5 AM to 5 PM on a 2-2-3 schedule, reporting to a Shift Supervisor. The role operates coating equipment, monitors film, adhesive, coating weights, defects, and run conditions, prepares for changeovers, maintains equipment, completes paperwork, and supports a safe and clean work environment. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, familiarity with manufacturing or quality environments, physical ability to lift 50 pounds and work in elevated temperatures, and the ability to read a tape measure and perform basic mathematical calculations. Forklift, crane, floor jack, saw, and knife operation is also listed as an auxiliary qualification.
