Description
The Coating & Finishing Operator performs production activities in the Heat Treat, Plating, and Coating Department by operating and monitoring equipment, loading and unloading materials and chemicals, setting machine parameters, conducting quality inspections and in-process testing, recording production data, troubleshooting issues, and supporting routine maintenance. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic mechanical aptitude, safe chemical-handling knowledge, forklift operation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, dust, and chemicals.
