E Ink Corporation is hiring a Coating Engineer to develop coating and lamination solutions for next-generation ePaper products. The role involves implementing coating application methods, developing process capabilities, scaling technologies from research to production, designing and managing pilot-scale roll-to-roll experiments, characterizing films, troubleshooting processes, and transferring processes to production. The position requires a BS/MS/PhD in Chemical, Material Science, or Mechanical Engineering, at least three years of industrial experience in roll-to-roll processes and coating technology, and knowledge of coating applications, process control, experimental design, and statistical analysis. The anticipated annual base salary is $80,000–$110,000, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
