CACI is hiring a full-time Coating Engineering Team Lead for its Danbury Operations team to lead and support optical coating engineering for national security programs. The role combines technical work on tooling, fixture design, coating development, manufacturing work instructions, and shop-floor support with supervisory responsibilities for a medium-sized team of Coating Engineers. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree, extensive aerospace or optical-coating experience, knowledge of coating technologies and analytical tools, and familiarity with Macleod or FilmStar design tools. The role is based in the Continental United States with up to 10% travel and offers a proposed salary range of $103,800 to $218,100.
