Description
ATP North America LLC is hiring a Coating Line Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain coating line equipment while meeting production goals and quality standards. The role includes loading and unloading materials, maintaining production records, performing in-line quality checks, adjusting processes, participating in preventive maintenance, supporting continuous improvement, and training helpers. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 5–10 years of manufacturing machine-operator or helper experience, 2–4 years of machine-operator experience, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and work 12-hour shifts; PSA or tape industry experience is preferred.
