Description
Trelleborg is hiring a full-time, onsite Coating Machine Operator to set up and operate machinery, mix and apply urethane coatings to nylon textile, monitor machine variables, perform in-line quality inspection, track defects, and handle chemical mixes, roll flagging, cleaning, and waste. The role follows a Monday and Tuesday–Friday schedule, pays $22.00 per hour initially with a $0.50 increase after 90 days, and includes a $3,000 retention bonus. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with basic reading, writing, math, English, manufacturing experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift or move at least 40 pounds.
