The Production Associate works in a chemical mixing area, operating coating machines, mixing batch adhesives to produce tape, maintaining production and material records, coordinating supplies and inventory, and keeping the work environment clean and safe. The role requires the ability to learn coating equipment, an understanding of LEAN manufacturing, strong safety and communication skills, and teamwork; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
