The employer is seeking an experienced production worker for its Chemical Mixing/Machine Operating Department in Southeast, Wisconsin, on the second shift. The role involves operating coating machines, mixing batch adhesives to produce tape, maintaining production and material records, coordinating supplies and inventory, and maintaining a safe work environment. The position requires the ability to learn coating equipment, an understanding of LEAN manufacturing, strong safety and communication skills, and the ability to lift 40–60 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
