Trelleborg is hiring a full-time, onsite Coating Machine Operator to set up and operate machinery, mix and apply urethane coatings to nylon textile, monitor machine variables, perform in-line quality inspection, track defects, and handle chemical mixes, roll flagging, cleaning, and waste. The role requires basic reading, writing, math, English, reliable transportation, and physical stamina; a high school diploma or GED and manufacturing experience are preferred. Compensation is $22.00 per hour plus a $4.00 shift differential, with a $3,000 retention bonus and benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
