Description
IPG is hiring a Coating Machine Operator Level 1A for its Coating department. The role operates coating machinery, monitors materials and equipment, performs in-process quality testing, maintains production quality and safety standards, completes changeovers and routine maintenance, and handles hazardous waste. The position is hourly and non-exempt, requires a high school diploma or equivalent work experience, and prefers manufacturing experience in coating, web handling, or extrusion. The operator must be able to work any required shift, including overtime, and perform physically demanding work in high-humidity and high-temperature environments.
