Description
Avery Dennison is hiring a Coating Machine Operator to lead setups, product changeovers, and production sequences; monitor meters, gauges, temperatures, and pressures; troubleshoot machine malfunctions; perform quality tests; and safely handle raw materials and finished products. The role also supports preventative maintenance, continuous improvement, and department goals. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED or at least three years of manufacturing experience, with two or more years of skilled labor experience preferred. The position runs on a 7pm–7am, 2-2-3 rotation and pays $25.09 per hour plus a $2 per hour shift differential.
