Description
The Coating Operator works in the coating department of an international technical manufacturing company in Tilburg, operating modern equipment and precise coating and heat-treatment processes. Responsibilities include setting up and monitoring furnaces, preparing and treating technical components, performing quality checks and process measurements, analyzing deviations, and contributing to Lean and 5S improvements. The role requires VMBO, LTS, or MBO-level education, experience with technical or chemical production processes, English proficiency, and a VCA VOL certificate; a VOG certificate is required upon starting employment. The gross monthly salary is €3,100 to €3,700 excluding shift allowance, with a 13.3% shift allowance, vacation and pension benefits, and training opportunities.
