KiWORK GmbH is offering ongoing temporary staffing for a Coating Plant Operator in a full-time, 38.5-hour-per-week, three-shift operation. The role involves loading and operating coating plants, preparing components for coating, monitoring and checking coating quality and thickness, documenting results, and performing forklift and crane transport and plant maintenance. Applicants need vocational training in the metal sector, knowledge of engineering drawings and parameter instructions, shift availability, physical resilience, and sufficient German language skills; a crane or forklift license is advantageous. The position pays €21.11 gross per hour plus shift allowances.
