The Coating-Plasma Chemical Process Operator works the 2nd shift from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, applying thermal coatings to gas turbine engine components and supporting manufacturing and repair operations. Responsibilities include spray coating, monitoring application and adherence, assembly and disassembly, surface preparation, quality documentation, machine maintenance, and adherence to safety and continuous-improvement standards. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong shop mathematics, blueprint interpretation, teamwork, and preferably 3–5 years of manufacturing experience.
